One of our greatest services to buyers and sellers is the pre development work we can perform. Many of our clients are not ready to hire a contractor for their site or project. We seek to provide accurate and up to date information from municipalities regarding zoning, utilities, existing site conditions. We are available to supervise a team-based approach to site design before and during the entitlement phase.
We facilitate and recommend Buyers and Sellers work with professional legal and tax counsel to insure parties are fully apprised of the pros and cons of partnering.
